Hi All,


I am offering a spare bedroom in a semi detached house in a nice, residential area.


I live alone and welcome banter, beers and rugby.

Happy to provide transport to Preston Grasshopper’s ground which is 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes walk.

I can support 2 visitors if they are willing to share a double bed and also have an air mattress available if required.

This is a non smoke and no pet household.
